What access does Caretrics need?

We confirm the supported data and access needed before setup. The review is read-only, does not change records in Jane and does not access clinical notes.

Will Caretrics contact patients and payers for me?

You or your team handle the outreach. Caretrics supplies the context and next steps, and records the results.

Does Jane already give us this information?

Jane stays your system of record. Caretrics adds what was tried, who owns the next step, and whether it worked, and brings open items back to your weekly review.

What happens after the introductory access?

Your introductory package includes Plus access and support for 60 days from the day you pay. Plus then renews automatically at $297/month, plus applicable tax, unless you switch to Pro at $197/month or cancel before renewal. Changing your renewal plan or cancelling keeps your included Plus access through its original end date. If you are unhappy, request a full refund of the introductory fee before your first renewal. A successful refund ends the included access.

Does this work for a solo practitioner?

Yes. You can review the findings and work the follow-ups yourself. Plus adds team access when others help.

Is the report the whole product?

The diagnostic is the starting point. Caretrics software keeps your weekly priorities and follow-up tracking. Pro and Plus both include a scheduled monthly working review with our team and support between sessions. Your clinic decides and carries out patient and payer follow-up. Everything your team recorded carries forward, so each review builds on the last.
