The founder
He built the tool his clients kept asking for.
Patients quietly stopped rebooking. Claims slipped past the front desk. Plans of care trailed off without anyone catching them. Every clinic Rob walked into had the same leaks, and every owner was trying to plug them after hours with spreadsheets that never quite worked.
Rob is an engineer. He’d been brought in by clinic owners (physios, chiros, dentists, naturopaths) who were excellent at care and had been left to figure out the business side on their own. So he did what engineers do. He listened, mapped the operation, and built the systems they didn’t have time to build for themselves. Money started coming back. Plans of care got completed. Owners slept.
