Inside Sales Specialist
You'll talk to clinic owners who are frustrated. They know money is slipping through the cracks, but they don't know where. Your job is to show them—clearly, quickly, honestly.
A day in the life
- Morning: Review 5-7 warm leads from clinic owners who requested demos
- Mid-morning: Run personalized Money Map demos showing actual revenue leaks
- Afternoon: Follow up with trial users, answer questions about their specific data
- End of day: Update CRM, share customer insights with product team
- Throughout: Celebrate when a clinic owner finds that first $2,000 leak
What we're looking for
- You've done B2B sales before (2+ years) and hit your quotas
- You can explain technical things simply—like you're talking to a friend
- You genuinely care when someone's business is struggling
- You're comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
- You know how to use a CRM and actually keep it updated
Nice to have
- You've sold to healthcare or wellness businesses
- You understand practice management software (Jane, Juvonno, WebPT)
- You've worked at an early-stage startup before
- You can tell when someone needs help vs. when they're just browsing

Marketing Specialist
Clinic owners are busy. They don't have time for fluff. Your job is to create content that actually helps them—and shows them what we can do in the process.
A day in the life
- Morning: Write a case study about a physio clinic that found $5,200 in unbilled services
- Mid-morning: Create LinkedIn posts showing real Money Map examples (with permission)
- Afternoon: Plan next week's webinar on no-show revenue recovery
- End of day: Analyze which content is driving trial signups and why
- Throughout: Talk to customers to understand what they need to hear
What we're looking for
- You've done marketing for B2B SaaS or healthcare tech (2+ years)
- You can write clearly and persuasively—no jargon, no fluff
- You know how to run campaigns from idea to execution to analysis
- You're comfortable with marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)
- You understand the difference between vanity metrics and real outcomes
Nice to have
- You've marketed to healthcare or wellness businesses
- You know the Jane.app ecosystem and clinic owner communities
- You can create simple graphics or edit short videos
- You've built email nurture campaigns that actually convert
- You have experience with webinars or live demos
