Does this work with my Jane.app account?
Yes, the extension works with any Jane.app clinic account. We use read-only access to display your metrics - we can't modify any Jane data.
What data do you access from Jane?
We only access aggregate financial data: AR aging, daily revenue totals, and unbilled service counts. We never access or store patient names, health records, or personal information.
How accurate is the data?
Very accurate. We display the same data you see in Jane's own reports. Our sync variance is typically less than 1% and we show you the last sync time so you know how fresh the data is.
Can I use this with multiple clinics?
Yes! You can switch between clinics in the extension. Multi-location support is available on Pro Sync.
