Old calculation: Booked hours / Scheduled hours (penalized providers for lunch/admin time) New calculation: Booked hours / (Scheduled hours - Break hours)

Caretrics extracts break data directly from Jane.app shift CSVs, so your providers are no longer penalized for non-clinical time. This means:

  • Fairer performance reviews based on actual clinical capacity
  • Better scheduling decisions when you know true availability
  • Provider buy-in because the data reflects reality

PDF reports delivered to your inbox every Monday (configurable):
